*Due to frequent changes to state-laws, the states we can legally ship to can change frequently. We do our best to keep this list of our ship-to-states up-to-date but if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at ali@pontoonbrewing.com
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped from our Georgia fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday. Most orders placed before 2pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2pm EST on Fridays will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.
A slight delay may occur during limited-time product releases and during site-wide sales (such as Black Friday) due to significant short-term increase in demand and during certain holidays as our employees get a few extra days off to spend with those they love. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
An email confirmation will be sent once your order is received. Another email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled and will include the tracking information associated with your order. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping Rates: We generally ship via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 for orders up to $100. We also can use Fedex and UPS, which have faster shipping options. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ali@pontoonbrewing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
