Yes — 100%! All the THC in Fizzy Lifting is derived from Georgia-grown hemp, which is fully legal under both federal and state law. Hemp and marijuana come from the same cannabis plant family — the only difference is THC content. By definition, hemp contains 0.3% THC or less by dry weight, while marijuana contains more.

The THC in Fizzy Lifting is 100% naturally occurring Delta-9 THC, never synthesized or converted from CBD. It’s the very same compound that gives marijuana its euphoric effects — just sourced from hemp and crafted within the limits of the law.
